Recruiting Process

Step 1: A CTA Recruiter will meet with a designated member of your team to discuss your goals, corporate culture, and specific personnel requirements. Our customized recruitment package will be designed to address your company’s needs.

Step 2: Our recruiting team will perform targeted searches within a proprietary database (containing more than 800,000 candidates), advertise your classified job description across more than 5 industry leading job boards, social media and our referral network.

Step 3: A CTA recruiter will rigorously screen all potential candidates, conduct detailed telephone and/or face-to-face interviews and thoroughly understand a candidate’s professional experience and capabilities relative to your specific needs.

Step 4: When a CTA recruiter feels that a candidate is worthy of submission, you will receive a comprehensive candidate overview, including a current resume, a skills / requirements match summary, salary expectations, and candidate availability. A CTA recruiter will work with your hiring team to schedule candidate interviews and solicit feedback from both parties post-interview.

Step 5: When you feel you’ve found the right person for the job, a CTA recruiter will work with your hiring manager to present an offer to the candidate and confirm start dates.
